Refund Policy
At MGMPF, we aim to provide clear product information and dependable service. Because our items include sealed botanical materials and specialty alkaloid preparations, all sales are considered final once an order has been submitted. We don’t offer returns normally. Some exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, handling, and quality-control reasons, returns cannot be accepted for:
- Opened or unsealed items
- Damaged or broken items will have to be submitted into claims
- Botanical or alkaloid materials
- Perishable items
- Products exposed to heat, tampering, or improper storage
Order Concerns
You must video the opening of your package incase one of the following things were to occur; If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, video of the packaging and items, and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before entering fulfillment. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your order, please reach out directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your payment provider.
